At Horizon Houseboat Services LLC, we provide full-service management to keep your houseboat maintained, and ready to enjoy - without the stress.

Service Rates

Annual Management $6900/year

Not Included in Annual Management

  • ABYC-compliant safety inspections $300 (One-time Fee)

  • Mechanical Repairs $165/hour (Pricing may vary on Repairs)

  • Marina and third-party fees

Important Policies

​Service Access Policy

We totally get that things come up - but if we can't access your vessel at the scheduled time, we'll need to move forward with the next appointment. No worries though - we'll gladly circle back and find the next available time that works for you!

We do our best to stay on schedule so everyone gets the care they need. Thanks for helping us keep things running smoothly!​

Photo Documentation

We document each service and securely store photos for 12 months for quality assurance and client reference.

Emergency Repairs

In urgent cases, Horizon may perform necessary repairs without pre-approval to protect your vessel. Full documentation will be provided within 48 hours.

A formal vessel management agreement will be signed before services begin.
