At Horizon Houseboat Services LLC, we provide full-service management to keep your houseboat clean, maintained, and ready to enjoy - without the stress.
What's Included
For Single-Owner Vessels:

Mechanical repairs : $140/hr + parts

Recurring cleanings : $600/visit

Emergency visits : $50/hr

Marina and third-party fees (e.g., laundry services)

Laundry is not included in standard cleaning services, but we can coordinate it for you.

Important Policies
​Service Access Policy
We totally get that things come up - but if we can't access your vessel at the scheduled time, we'll need to move forward with the next appointment. No worries though - we'll gladly circle back and find the next available time that works for you!

We do our best to stay on schedule so everyone gets the care they need. Thanks for helping us keep things running smoothly!

Cancelations & Cleanliness

Cancelations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur up to a $250 fee, unless your time lost is filled by another client.

Excessive mess or biohazard cleaning: $350 minimum

Services may be suspended if marina fees go unpaid

Photo Documentation
We document each service and securely store photos for 12 months for quality assurance and client reference.

Emergency Repairs
In urgent cases, Horizon may perform necessary repairs without pre-approval to protect your vessel. Full documentation will be provided within 48 hours.
A formal vessel management agreement will be signed before services begin.
